SnapNwin was used to invite thousands of fans to participate in the Coca-Cola Zero® Fans First Game Contest. As part of their summer long promotion, Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment Ltd. leveraged their sponsorship with Coca-Cola Bottling Company and Coca-Cola Ltd., along with several key retail partners and media outlets. The sponsors enjoyed the retention value of the magnet for their message and the Toronto Maple Leafs promoted their upcoming event and grew their marketing database.

This promotion was launched on July 10, 2009, when the Leafs Nation Mobile Fanzone toured the Greater Toronto area, making stops at various locations to give away free merchandise and snapNwin superCards to fans, and bringing players and alumni to different sites.

The snapNwin card featured the Coca-Cola Zero® Fans First Game image on the keepsake magnet. Hundreds of cards contained a unique instant win code underneath the magnet for a pair of tickets to the Coca-Cola Zero® Leafs Fans First Game while non-winning cards gave directions to enter for a chance to win tickets at www.mapleleafs.com. Creating a user profile and password when first accessing the contest entry page allowed entrants to revisit the site with additional entry codes obtained at various partner locations over the summer, increasing their chances of winning. Winners received tickets to the Coca-Cola Zero® Fans First Toronto Maple Leafs pre-season home game vs. the Boston Bruins, taking place on Wednesday, September 16, 2009 at the Air Canada Centre in Toronto.
